Text message terms

The program

Measured Market, operated by Tilde Staff Inc., sends text messages to business owners who have asked to hear from us: follow-ups after a call, appointment confirmations and rescheduling, and requests for your review of work we have prepared for you. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How you join

You join by ticking the text message box on our contact form, or by agreeing on a telephone call with us. Agreeing to receive text messages is never a condition of buying anything from us.

How often, and what it costs

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, as your mobile plan charges them. We charge nothing for the messages themselves.

Stopping, and help

Reply STOP to any text message from us to unsubscribe, and the messages stop; you will receive one message confirming it. Reply START to subscribe again. Reply HELP for help, call (818) 869-8664, or email maple@measuredmarket.com.

Carriers, and your privacy

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. What we collect and what we do with it is set out in our privacy page: mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing.
